Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the RepriceMax platform, or using our AI-powered repricing services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with RepriceMax, Inc. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the 'Terms').

To use our services, you must meet certain requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
• You must not be prohibited from using our services by any applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a user of RepriceMax, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You will comply with all Amazon Seller Central policies and local laws.
• You are solely responsible for setting your own minimum and maximum price guardrails.
• You represent that you have the right to provide us with access to your marketplace data.
• You should regularly monitor your listings and strategy performance.
• You will only use the service for lawful business purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination:

RepriceMax is a subscription-based service. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan.

The RepriceMax platform, including its AI algorithms, user interface, brand name, and content, is the exclusive property of RepriceMax, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business operations.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms or involved in fraudulent activity.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that your Amazon sales will increase by a specific amount. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any Amazon account suspensions or financial losses resulting from your pricing configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepriceMax, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, NY.
